Quobly expands cloud access to Alloy Pioneer through Scaleway

Quobly is expanding access to its Alloy platform through a new partnership with Scaleway, enabling developers to begin building and validating applications today while preparing for the arrival of its first commercial quantum computer.
As announced by Scaleway during VivaTech 2026, Alloy Forge, Quobly’s quantum development environment and emulator for Alloy Pioneer, is now available through Scaleway’s Quantum-as-a-Service platform.
A second phase of the partnership will make Alloy Pioneer itself available through the platform by the end of 2026, allowing users to progressively transition from emulation to hardware execution within the same cloud environment.

The platform supports widely adopted quantum development frameworks including Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane and CUDA-Q, enabling developers to prepare applications using familiar tools.
