Annick Gingras-Genois

Annick Gingras-Genois is Chief Operations Officer at Quobly, where she oversees operational structure, process optimization, HR strategy, and the coordination of technical programs and scientific collaborations. She ensures the alignment of teams, resources, and execution as Quobly scales its quantum technology roadmap.
A civil engineering graduate from Laval University (Canada), Annick brings over 20 years of experience from EDF, where she held leadership roles across engineering, IT project management, and operations. She began her career working on hydraulic and nuclear infrastructure projects before transitioning to digital transformation and organizational development.
Before joining Quobly, she served as Deputy Technical Director of the Alpes Hydropower Production Unit, contributing to equipment maintenance strategies and driving major change initiatives.
With a unique blend of engineering rigor, organizational insight, and people-centered leadership, Annick plays a key role in structuring Quobly’s growth and supporting its transition toward industrial scale.
