Technical Challenges

End-to-end procurement operations

  • Manage the full purchasing cycle: review requests, source reliable suppliers, issue, track, and close Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on all purchasing needs.
  • Establish, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with external vendors and negotiate terms.

Process & system implementation

  • Design, document, and update clear, scalable procurement policies and workflows.
  • Serve as the Key User for our new ERP implementation (defining requirements, testing workflows, and data migration).
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to ensure accurate invoice matching, budget tracking, and seamless month-end closing.

Culture, enablement & training

  • Promote a proactive procurement mindset and cost awareness across all departments.
  • Onboard and train new hires on purchasing guidelines and tools.
  • Run internal enablement sessions whenever processes or tools evolve.

You Are Special Because

  • You have 2–4 years experience in procurement operations, buyer support, or finance/supply chain operations (ideally within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment).
  • You have experience managing POs and working with procurement tools or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Pennylane, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and simply.
  • You are service-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to build from scratch.
  • French & English written skills are required.
