Quobly offers you the opportunity to help shape the future of quantum computing; join our scientific and product team as an Assembly Technician (M/F) to turn scientific breakthroughs into products that make a difference.
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, installing, adjusting, and testing the equipment and subassemblies of our quantum computer, ensuring their compliance with drawings, manufacturing procedures, and quality requirements.
Technical Challenges
You will assemble and install the components of our quantum PC
- You will break down the assembly/installation process in accordance with the defined integration strategy (identifying the necessary steps and tools, defining the work instructions)
- You will formalize the assembly procedures
- You will adjust and test the functionality of the subassemblies (electrical, electronic, software, quantum, cryostat)
- You will perform comprehensive product validation tests
- You will perform Level 1 troubleshooting/debugging (identifying the cause of Level 1 failures, consulting experts, etc.)
- You will be responsible for drafting summaries of assembly activities
Collaboration
- You will work alongside talented colleagues in an environment that promotes transparency, autonomy, and knowledge sharing.
- As a member of the Product team, you’ll collaborate daily with our technical teams to tackle ambitious technological challenges.
You Are Special Because
- You have significant experience in assembling multi-technology products
- You have proven skills in electrical and electronic engineering
- You have Level 1 diagnostic skills (outside-the-box thinking)
- Knowledge of cryostat environments is a plus
- You have experience using an ERP system and can read CAD and CAM drawings, etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team (with various experts at the production center)
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Technical English
You can take a step back to propose and draft documents and summaries. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement. You are known for your attention to detail and ability to synthesize information.
