Quobly, a deep tech company based in the Grenoble area, is developing a new generation of silicon-based quantum microprocessors. To support our ambition, we are looking for a Characterization FDSOI Device Engineer

Technical Challenges

  • You will reinforce the characterization team, analyzing room and low temperature behavior of FDSOI CMOS devices.
  • You will define KPIs for efficient characterization of various test structures and process quality control.
  • You will propose test routines to characterize FDSOI CMOS devices for quantum application.
  • You will generate measurement reports and feedback to technical teams.
  • You will be polyvalent and able to run and debug experiments using standard semiconductor analyzers.

  • Work hand in hand with members of our technical teams.
  • Contribute to the success of the industrial collaboration with STMicroelectronics

You Are Special Because

  • You have a PhD in Solid-State Physics, Electronics Engineering, related fields, or equivalent industry experience
  • You have knowledge in physics of semiconductor, particularly the CMOS technology and FDSOI platform.
  • You have experience in electrical characterization of different CMOS devices.
  • You have Python skills to develop tests and analysis routines.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills (English).
