We are looking for a Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, you will drive Product projects from customer Needs to customer delivery. This includes the entire Product lifecycle: specification, development, qualification, industrialization, production ramp-up and maintenance.
Technical Challenges
By leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals, you will be responsible for the Quality/Cost/Delay (QCD) as well as targeted product costs for each Project from your Product Line.
- You will define a team project that aligns product objectives, business objectives, and operational implementation by incorporating timelines, budgets, product cost targets, and risk management, in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- You will lead the project’s implementation, ensure compliance with official milestones, and oversee deliveries at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- You will coordinate cross-functional teams comprising marketing, R&D, industrialization, production (purchasing, procurement, manufacturing), and quality, in multi-site and multicultural environments.
- You will provide regular updates on project progress (key milestones, issues, risks) and propose solutions or contingency plans to mitigate risks
- You will propose a product roadmap for the product line, in line with the company’s strategy.
- You will propose the implementation or improvement of project processes and the adoption of the corporate culture, with the goal of improving time-to-market and the project’s QCD (quality, cost, delivery) metrics.
- You will be responsible for cross-functional and multidisciplinary management: R&D (software, electronics, mechanical engineering, supply chain, and production)
- You will deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to planning (on-time project delivery), quality (smooth transition of projects to production and to the customer by streamlining the process), and financial performance (adherence to budgets and cost targets)
- You will implement a policy of continuous improvement for each process

- You will interact with the Team Product to understand the issues
- Collaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.
- Work closely with members of all technical, Product and Sales teams,
- Contribute to the success of industrial collaborations with renowned research institutes.
You Are Special Because
- You hold a master’s degree in computer science, Physics, or Engineering
- You have significant experience in managing complex product projects in an industrial field
- You have the ability to work as part of cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and innovative environment
This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer-centric mindset, and strong leadership to deliver high-technological products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are able to maintain a big-picture view of the Quobly project and help spread and promote our project culture. You know how to adapt your project management methodology to the company’s context.
